The founders of the company have more than 30 years of experience as travel agents and customized trips designers.
We have always been seized by the passion for Northwest Africa countries. After so many years, we have set up the necessary infrastructure by creating a network supported by a team of local professionals – they will take you to the best scenic spots in the most dramatic places.
But, in addition to our passion for travel, we can’t leave aside the human factor and, in that sense, we feel appealed by projects that will support rural communities – because we know that synergies with local associations lead to stronger relationships.
SOLIDARITY PROJECTS
In accordance with this, we highlight two lovely solidarity and non-profit initiatives in two different countries – both of them created by beautiful souls – which needed our attention and our help :
The first one is The Diamond Child School of Arts and Culture in Sierra Leone – over 400 students (ages 5 to 14) have the opportunity to be at school instead of working in diamond mining – sadly as slaves.
Schooling is free and pupils are supplied with uniforms. They are also given a midday meal, for many of them, the only one in the whole day. Facilities are basic – desks are a pile of blocks with planks across them and the youngest use small handheld blackboards to practise their writing skills.
Music and singing is a big part of the curriculum with emphasis on traditional music, using the local tribe’s instruments to promote mutual understanding and tolerance.
The second one is The Ecole Vivante in Morocco. Thanks to the initiative of her founder – a lovely heart – 80 Berbers children in the remote Ait Bouguemez Valley have the opportunity of a holistic education.
The extensive campus grounds have been cultivated according to the principles of permaculture. The school garden serve as a different place of learning in which we bring together theoretical knowledge with practical activities.
The pupils thus learn to recognise the links and are made aware of their responsibility towards their direct living space. The Ecole Vivante Primary School and the Collège Vivante Secondary School, provides children and young people from all social classes with a comprehensive, future-oriented, high-quality education in their remote homeland. Since 2015, children with hearing difficulties have been integrated into everyday school life.
